Artsation GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly complies with the provisions of applicable data protection laws. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically required. The collected data will under no circumstances be sold or disclosed to third parties for any reason.

Data Processing on this Website

Artsation GmbH collects and automatically saves information in your server log files transmitted by your browser. Such information is:

•           Type and version of browser

•           Operating system being used

•           Referrer URL (the site visited before)

•           Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)

•           Time of the server request

Artsation GmbH cannot attribute such data to particular persons. The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after statistical evaluation.

1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information from a principle of proportionality, and we will never collect information which does not meet criteria of being essential to The Services we provide. This means that we would never collect information such age, ethnical details or religious beliefs because we don’t believe this is essential to Our Services.

Account and user profiles
When you register with Us, or make a purchase, we will ask you for information which is essential to completing the task and proceeding with the delivery of the goods you purchased. This information includes your name, address, email and telephone number.

Payment card details
When you pay by credit cards, we will ask you for your payment card details. Once payment has been completed and authorised by the merchant bank we will delete the card details from our system. If you are paying via instalments, we will call you and confirm your details to be able to process your monthly payments.

Cookies
Cookies are small files which collect simple information, such as your location of country, currency and other simple data. This file does not contain any sensitive information, like your name or contact details. You can disable cookies in your browser’s setting should you wish to do so.

Information collected by third parties
Some third parties, such as Google, Facebook and similar, may collect and store your information on their individual servers, in advance to your use of Our Services. This information is not collected by Us and please refer to any third party’s Private Policy to exercise your rights.

Access to your data
You can request a full disclosure of your information if you contact Us on info@artsation.com. Please allow up to 14 days for the information to be retrieved. We reserve the right to not supplying information to you which might identify other users of Our Services.

Deleting your data
You can request that we delete your information by sending us an email on info@artsation.com. We may keep a backup of your information if required to comply to any tax, legal and/or other regulatory law.

Newsletters
We send out Our newsletter via email once or twice a week. When you sign up to our newsletter you will be asked to review our Privacy Policy before subscribing. You can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in our newsletters. You can also send an email to Us – and we will be happy to assist you.
