Michael Runschke - Biography

Michael Runschke was born in 1949 in Berlin, he lives and works in Munich. His monochrome drawings and lithographs depict his sometimes uncanny, sometimes naive characters. Coloured in Grey - his favourite colour - with only additional accents in White, Runschke creates surreal tableaus which look like they are from a dream or more likely from a nightmare.
