CHTO - Biographie

CTHO was born in Lyon in 1976.

He studied political science in Paris and in London in 1994 then moves to New York for the film and photography program of the Tisch school.

The curatorial platform, “A People is Missing” is commissioned to co-curate an international conference on “the government of times”.
